1.Hall marquee minimum guest should be 250 & for full marquee guest should be 500 and above. for less number of guest hall rental charges apply as per below. 2. 25% payment should be received according to estimated guest on the time of confirmation booking & remaining 75% at least 07 days in advance before the date of event otherwise event stands cancelled without any refund. 3. VIP. Table service charge is rs. 100 per head. 4. Bridal stage decoration by rosemary contractor only, starting from minimum Rs. 50,000 & onwards, any other decoration setup and fresh floral arrangements as charges separately. 5. Sound system (sp4) charges separately rs: 10,000 per event by rosemary contractor only. 6. Dance floor wooden with panaflex 25,000, mirror floor 40,000, smoke machine 30,000, spotlight 10,000, annar 2,000 per piece. 7. Rosemary management accepts and honors the agreed menu rates for all confirmed booking as per regulation. 8. Over stay charges are 20,000/- per hour for Full marquee & 10,000/- per hour for half marquee heating cooling will be charged 15,000 per hour separately for half marquee & 20,000 per hour for full marquee if required. 9. Fire works, aerial firing and showing of arms & weapons are strictly prohibited at rosemary marquee all the time, in case of violation event host & their family would be sole responsible for nay legal proceeding from law enforcement authorities. 10. Rosemary management would only accept or honor written contracts or commitments; these menu rates are valid for minimum 200 guest. 11. Rosemary management reserves the right to change the rate due to price inflation in the market. 12. Copy of CNIC is mandatory and all govt, rules & regulations apply. 13. Photography & movie can be arrange on request. 14. Rosemary event team also arrange complete outdoor/indoor event setup & catering.
