Customer Care Associate – Shadiyana
Job description:
We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Customer Care Associate to deliver an exceptional experience to our clients throughout their wedding planning journey. The ideal candidate will build strong client relationships, provide outstanding customer support, and ensure seamless coordination between clients and wedding vendors. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Skills & Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a smooth and positive experience throughout their wedding planning journey
- Understand client needs, preferences, and budget to guide them effectively
- Regularly check in with clients to ensure they feel supported and well-informed at every stage
- Proactively address client concerns, questions, or complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing timely solutions and keeping clients engaged
- Customer Care & Support: Handle all incoming inquiries through calls, messages, and emails with a customer-first approach
- Assist clients in navigating the Shadiyana platform and understanding available wedding services
- Guide clients through the booking process by recommending the best-fit vendors based on their requirements
- Follow up with clients after bookings to gather feedback, ensure satisfaction, and resolve any issues
- Maintain a warm, friendly, and helpful communication style at all times
- Reporting & Targets: Meet monthly customer service and client engagement targets
- Maintain detailed activity logs, client interaction summaries, and follow-up statuses for management review
- Share customer insights and feedback to help improve service quality and platform experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fresh Graduates & entry-level Associates are preferable Strong customer service mindset with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Prior experience in customer care, client handling, or service-based industries is preferred
- Familiarity with the wedding/events industry will be an added advantage
