Your reservation is subject to signing of our service contract. We Would require 100% of the payment in advance. 100% of the venue charges will be required at the time of booking of the catering bill would be required 60 days prior to the event, while balance will need to be paid in full, 20 days before the event. If you wish to make any changes to the menu or number of guests, please inform us at least seven days prior to the event date. Additional guests will be charged at full per-guest rate. Should you need to cancel your event, it can be done without charge if advised more than 90 days prior to the event. If you cancel your booking within 90 days, advance booking charges will not be refunded, and if a cancellation is made within 45 days, 25% of the catering bill will also be deducted. Cancellations will not be entertained withing 15 days prior to the event. We would be glad to to serve you for longer hours but it will be charged at Rs. 15,000/- per hour if your event exceeds duration of 5 hours. Please feel free to add soft drinks, juices and mineral water to the menu at an addtional charge. Stage decoration and floral arrangements are not a part of any package. All government taxes apply.
