- PKR 100,000 Nonrefundable to confirm the venue - In case of cancellation of booking, advance deposit will not be refunded. - Full payment shell be made at least two weeks prior to the event date. - Lunch events cannot be extended beyond 4pm at any cost. - Dinner timing will be allowed as per the current policy of Government of Pakistan for ICT. - Increase in number of guests and change in menu has to be informed 7 days prior to event. - Private guards are not allowed to enter in the hall Carrying of arms/ammunition inside the premises is strictly prohibited. - Fireworks, crackers, firing and any kind of combustible material are strictly not allowed. - Any other instructions provided at the time of booking of function by the management has to be compiled by the client/guest. - Any government instruction regarding service of food items in marriage events will strictly followed. - The DECORIUM Marquee will not be responsible in case of any natural calamity, disease or cancellation of event by local government and is not liable to refund any money. - Parking at own risk inside and outside the premises, Valet services will not be responsible for any missing articles. - Marquee does not allow any food and decor vendor to provide services from outside. - All govt, taxes will be applicable. - Air conditioning heating & cooling shall be charged separately (25,000 per hour) - Hall rent will be charged for less than 350 guests
