• Complete Balance Payment, One Week prior to the event date. In case of failure to do so Event Booking will stand automatically cancelled & total advance will be non-refundable in case of cancellation of Event. • 25% of Total Booking Amount as Booking Advance at the time of Booking Confirmation • Changes in Menu, No. of persons must be informed at least 3 days before event date. • Event END TIMINGS will be strictly followed as per Govt. Rules • Loud Music, Fireworks, Firing and other such disturbance & noise creating activities are strictly prohibited. • NOC is required for Musical and other Social Events. • In no event shall Marquee be responsible or liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations hereunder arising out of "Force Majeure". • Royal Executive Marquee reserves the right to cancel an event in any case, whereas management reserves all the rights. • Please look after your belongings (Management will not be responsible for any Claims) Parking at Owner's Own Risk. • Any Damages or Breakage will be charged to the Host at Purchase Price of the Article. • All Govt. Taxes will Apply. • Only children under 7 years will not be charged and rest will be charged accordingly.
