Additional Information
● Rs 100,000/- advance payment for confirmation of date and venue. (Non-refundable)
● Remaining amount to be paid 5 days prior to the event in cash or in the form of a "pay order" in favor of "Roomy Events"
● All prices are subject to 5% GST, force majeure
● The management can revise rates without any prior information
● Stage and hall décor through vendors charged separately
● Any changes or amendments in the menu or the number of guests should be
communicated to the hotel at least 5 days prior to the event. Same day amendments
will not be accepted
● If the number of guests exceeds the guaranteed number by 10% on the day of the event, the hotel will charge a 20% premium on the per-head menu price for the number of guests exceeding 10% of the guaranteed number.
● No fireworks allowed inside the hotel premises
● No outside food and drinks will be allowed
● No food is allowed to be taken away from the venue even if the turnout is lower than
the guaranteed number of guests
● In case an event needs to be canceled/postponed with less than 5 days prior to the
event, 75% of the amount will be forfeited as cancellation charges and the remaining
25% amount will be adjusted for any future event subject to availability
● For all events involving musical bands and singers, it is the responsibility of the
guest/host/booker to arrange for an NOC from the local administration (DC/Excise &
taxation office)
● Menu price for any event will be finalized a minimum of 25 days before event date
