- Rs 100.000 advance to be paid at the time of booking for confirmation. - The remaining amount will be paid 15 days before function date - If the number of persons is less than 400, one hall will be provided - Catering, DJ, floral decorations and lightings not allowed from outside. - Any damage to the Ronaq belonging will be charged to the guests - No guest or any representative of guests shall be allowed to enter or interfere in the pantry area at any time. - Management is Not be responsible for the loss or theft of any guest's belongings which is their own responsibility/valet parking will be at owners risk - Late hall charges of Rs. 30,000/-per hour will be charged if additional time other than the scheduled time is being used however dinner timing will be followed as per the current policy of govt of Pakistan, - Lunch event cannot be extended beyond 4 pm at any cos - Dinner event timings will be strictly followed as per govt, rules - Changes in menu & no, of guests must be informed at least 7 days before event date - Extra guest will be charged as per head, Ronaq administration will not be responsible for providing food if guests exceeds 5% more than the confirmed booking - Fire work, crackers, firing and any kind of combustible material are strictly not allowed - In case of cancellation, advance will not be refunded. - Private guards of the parties are not allowed enter in the halls, carrying of the ammo inside the premises is also prohibited - In no event shall RONAQ BANQUET be responsible or liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligation hereunder arising out of force majeure - All the govt. Taxes are applicable.
