No hall rent on 100 pax (off season) 100'000 pkr hall rent on less then 100 pax (on season) Hall rent negotiable in off season Decor on season 75k Off season 50k Terms & Conditions  These rates are for minimum150 pax and above  For less than 150 pax hall rental charges of 100,000 +Tax is applicable  Booking confirmation:25% payment at the time of booking  Balance payment to be paid 10 days before the event  Government taxes are applicable 5% GST & 10% Advance tax (for filers) 20% advance tax (for non filers)  Any changes or amendments in the menu or the number of guests should be communicated to the marquee at least 5 days prior to the event. Same day amendments will not be accepted.  No Food, drinks, décor or DJ is allowed from outside.  Ladies waitress will be charged as per demand  Cooling charges 70,000+ Tax (3 hrs)  No verbal commitment will be honored.
