Located on the Main Gulberg Expressway in Executive Block, Koral Town, Montage Event Complex is made for couples who want large wedding celebrations. The venue offers event management as well as indoor facilities. Its location on the Gulberg Expressway also makes it easier for the guests coming from the twin cities, making it a practical venue option. Montage Event has many halls to offer in banquet style which can host up to a 1000 guests. Spaces like Nova Half, Nova Full, Cosmo and Opal give the families the option to choose and select according to the event, if it is a small private engagement, or a traditional baraat. Every hall has its own organised way with separate areas for dining, seating and stage areas. The interior is big and spacious. Both traditional and modern wedding themes can be easily decorated inside the hall, giving the couple the choice of customization. Also, the venue offers a parking space for up to 500 vehicles making things much more convenient for the guests during the wedding season. Montage Event Complex provides in house catering services with a variety of menu options, which include dishes like chicken qorma, BBQ selections, live cooking stations, rice dishes, desserts, and beverages. Prices start from around PKR 3,050 per head. External catering, however, is not allowed. This helps the staff to keep everything well coordinated during large events that need proper timing and smooth execution. The venue provides its own catering and decor services through approved vendors and partners. The venue provides wheelchair accessibility, making it easier for elderly guests and people who need mobility support. Couples can choose stage decor based on their personal choices plus the venue also provides heating and air conditioning as an additional feature. - Management will not be responsible for any loss, theft or damage of guest or their belongings. - Decor and Food is not allowed from any vendor other than our official partner. - All Government Taxes will apply .- Management reserves the right to cancel any function anytime without assigning any reason. - A copy of Valid CNIC or Foreign Passport must be required at the time of Booking. - Booking of Event will be confirmed on receiving of Advance Payment of at least 25% of the Event Cost. - Valet parking will be at owner's risk. Management will not be Responsible for any damage, loss or theft of any article left behind or the vehicle. - Any international debit/credit card will not be accepted. - Full Payment shall be made through Cash or Crossed Cheque at least two weeks prior to the Event Date. - Changes in menu, timings or number of persons must be informed in writing at least 7 Days before the Event Date, Any such changes may result in the change of previously agreed rates. - In case of changes in the agreed quotation, any complementary item offered may become chargeable. - In case of Cancellation of Event, Advance & Partial Payments deposited will not be refunded, in any case. - Additional guests will be charged at full per-head rate. - Driver/Staff Food will be served separately on demand with additional charges - Musical, Religious, Political gathering will subject to the approval (NOC) from the competent Government Authority. - Armed Guards of any individual are not allowed to enter in the marquee premises. Carrying of arms/ammunition inside the marquee premises is also prohibited. - Drone Camera is allowed only if the host takes full responsibility for any damage to the property of the Marquee. - Any Government instruction regarding serving of food items in marriage parties will be strictly followed. - Montage Event Complex, will not be responsible for any Force Majeure,Natural Calamity, Pandemic, Diseases or Cancellation of Event by the Local Government, any political instability & VVIP movement and is not liable to refund any money. - Parking at owners risk inside and outside the premises.
