Terms & Conditions ⚫ Booking will be confirmed on receiving 15% advance payment of the chosen Event menu • Advance payment at the time of booking is non refundable ⚫ Rs. 45000 rent charges for more than 120 guests • Rs. 65000 rent charges for less than 120 guests • 50% payment before the event and remaining amount can be paid on event's day ⚫ Food will be prepared for minimum guaranteed number of guests and additional guests will be charged as per actual count • Stage Decoration & Sound system will be charged separately • Acrylic Chairs from a third party will be charged at additional cost, however normal catering chairs will be provided free with menu • Wedding decorator from outside will pay place rent Rs. 35000 to organize the function ⚫ Outdoor Heating, Air Conditioning & Mist Fans will be charged separately ⚫ Lunch timing from 12:30-4:30 pm and Dinner's timing from 6-10pm • Government's policy of paying applicable Tax and closing the event at 10:pm will be followed ⚫ Firing, Firework, Crackers (Anar Burning), Alcohol, Live Music, Loud music, Dance practices are not allowed due to privacy of permanent residents ⚫ Electric Annar can be used with permission of management ⚫ Sound system for soft background music can be available at additional cost ⚫ Dohlki events are not advised on outdoor Terrace ⚫ Mariano will not be responsible for the loss of value able items (mobile, money, jewelry etc) ⚫ Outside food is not allowed unless approved by the management ⚫ Drone Cameras can be used only with permission of management • Parents will be responsible for the safety of their children
