PAYMENT (a) Full payment must be made at least 3 days before the function; otherwise, the reservation may be cancelled. (b) Advance payment is held as security and refundable (fully/partially) upon presenting the original receipt within one year. (c) CNIC copy is mandatory for booking. (d) Customer name cannot be changed after booking confirmation. Additional Charges: Stage setup, lighting, Army Band (Rs. 15,000), Video/Photography (Rs. 8,000), Live Singer (as per requirement). TIMINGS (a) Hall rental duration: Lunch: 1300–1600 (Sat, Sun & Gazetted Holidays only). Dinner: 1900–2200 (All days). (b) Overstay Charges: Crystal Hall (Rs. 20,000/hr), Rose/Tulip/Hina Halls (Rs. 15,000/hr). CANCELLATION CHARGES Cancellation must be done in person with the booking officer (0900–1600 hrs). Deductions apply as: 90+ days prior: Full refund. 61–90 days: 30% deduction. 31–60 days: 70% deduction. <30 days: Full amount withheld. Note: No deduction if cancelled within 72 hours of booking. Postponed bookings are non-refundable. MUSIC SYSTEM Outside music systems are prohibited. Mess-provided options: Ordinary (Rs. 8,000), Hi-Fi Medium (Rs. 10,000), Top Range (Rs. 12,000). SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS (On request): Florist, Dhol/Music Group, Hall Decor, Multimedia, Nikkah Khwan, Photography, Army Band, etc. GUEST COUNTING Host may depute a person for counting, but AWT Finance’s final slip is binding. OUTSIDE CATERING Outside food/drinks are prohibited. FORCE MAJEURE Management may not fulfill obligations due to govt. regulations, labour issues, or uncontrollable circumstances. OTHER IMPORTANT POINTS No eating/drinking in sitting areas. Damages charged at actual cost. Host must ensure no persona non grata is admitted. Management reserves admission rights. No liability for accidents, drowning, theft, or lost valuables (guests must exercise caution). Firearms/fireworks prohibited. Damage to property borne by the host. EXTRA GUESTS Additional guests charged on the spot. CHANGE IN CONDITIONS Terms, rates, and menu are subject to change without prior notice.
