- At the time of reservation/booking, minimum R8:50,000 to be deposited as security/token money, which will be adjusted in final bill of event. Remaining amount as per menu and number of guests will be paid at least 10 days in advance before the event. - In case of unforeseen circumstances such as Govt actions, protests, strikes or the customer's personal or family reasons, the event may be postponed to another available date. - No further postponement or cancellation will be allowed and any subsequent cancellation will result in no refund. The Club management reserves the right to retain full payment; however, partial refunds may be considered on case to case basis, upon mutual agreement between the Club management and the customer. - No political/religious meeting allowed. Use of liquor strictly forbidden. Smoking indoors not permitted. - No firearms shall be carried. Firing/crackers or any other unhealthy activity not allowed in Club premises.
