A 50% advance payment is required for booking (non-negotiable). The remaining 50% must be paid at the time of delivery of the raw (unedited) pictures. All raw data, including raw photos (both JPG and RAW files) and raw footage, will be delivered to the client within 7–14 days. Photos and videos from your event may be shared on our social media platforms. If you prefer privacy, please inform us beforehand. Overtime charges are mandatory and must be paid by the client (non-negotiable). If your event was scheduled for 7 PM but started at 9 PM (or later) and exceeded the agreed timings, overtime will still be charged. Clients must identify close family, relatives, and important people at the event. For location-based shoots, clients are responsible for arranging any necessary permits or security clearances.
