Terms & Conditions: 1. 100% of amount must be cleared at the final day of event. 2. Amount once paid is not refundable. 3. Client must pay amount in time. 4. Minimum 40 days required for delivery of Albums & Edited vidoes after selection. 5. In case of event data loss (photos or videos), we will be bound to refund the total amount paid by the client. 6. All charges must be cleard at the end of even after selection else the stuff would not be delivered. 7. Day event time 1:00pm - 5:00pm, Night event time 6:00pm to 11:00pm if time exceeds, 5000/hour would be charged. 8. At least 20% of amount is required as retainer in advance for confirmation, other amount will be taken right at the final day for event. 9. To avoid miscommunications we expect you to be clear and honest about your event details so we can engage right number of people to cover your event. 10. The prices mentioned above are for the current season. 11. To get RAW data in video and photos you collect your data in a Flash Drive or Hard drive. 12. Clients is himself responsible for all cost for storage of RAW data like Flash Drives or hard drives. 13. Any delay on client's part will not be eligible for a refund or re-shoot. 14. For any assignment outside Islamabad, client would be responsible for adequate lodging and travel 15. We can discuss and scout the location choices to best suite you. However, any permits, permissions, security clearnces etc are entirely client's responsibility.
