- If your event is segregated or if you require a female photographer/videographer, Please specify while booking. - The female team will not be staying after 12:30 AM. - If your event is at any venue that requires photographers from a particular panel, please let the management know that the photographer you are hiring is not on the panel, to avoid any chaos later. - Please do not hesitate to speak to us, should you have any further confusion about this. - Bookings are confirmed after advance payment. - 60% advance is required for booking rest should be paid by after the event. - If your total bill is under 50,000, you will need to pay 100% in advance. - Full payment in advance is required for events scheduled in remote or interior regions of Pakistan. - For events in rural or interior areas of Pakistan, the following documents are required to confirm the booking: a copy of the CNIC, current residential address, and a recent photograph of the individual making the booking. - Pictures and videos delivery time is 8 weeks. - No refund on cancellation. - After 4 hours of time slot every extra hour afterward will be charge 20k. - In case of delivering of pictures and videos online you are advice to download then within 7 days. - After the initial cut of your video has been delivered, you may request one round of revisions within 7 days of the delivery date. Any requests for changes made after this period will not be accommodated. - After you've received your pictures we request you to make your album in the 2 months time frame. - We are going to keep the raw data till 3 months from the time of the event. - Bad behavior towards our teammates will result of stopping the coverage.
