We do not offer refunds unless a booking is cancelled by us. The 30% advance payment is strictly non-refundable and is used to secure your selected date. If you cancel or forgo your booking for any reason, the advance cannot be refunded, transferred to another date, or adjusted toward any future service. For multiple appointments booked on the same date, the advance paid for each individual client is treated separately. If any client is unable to attend, their advance remains strictly non-refundable and non-adjustable, and cannot be applied toward the remaining clients’ payments or any other service.
