We would require 100% of the payment in advance 10 days before the event, if you wish to make any changes in the menu or number of guests, please inform us at least 7 days prior to the event. Additional guests will be charged at full per head rate, catering bill will also be deducted. Cancellations will not be entertained 15 days prior to the event. Token Amount paid at the time of booking is NON-REFUNDABLE, and if a cancellation is made within 45 days, 25% of the token amount will be refunded Power backup, set up and lighting are all a part of the package. Lunch timings are from 12 pm to 3 pm. Dinner timngs are from 7 pm to 10 pm. Host is to strictly comply with official govt timing as per given SOPs. Stage, decoration, music, floral arrangements are not a part of package. These services can only be furnished by Mashriq Marquee. Outside vendors are not allowed. All govt. taxes apply. Prices are subject to change without notice. Fireworks and aerial firing is strictly not allowed. Armed guards are also not allowed in the marquee during events. Consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited within the premises. Outside food is not allowed.
