Additional Information
In case of any destruction of property, the client will be held responsible and will be demanded compensation.
Please take care of your belongings as the management will not be responsible for anything lost. In case of rain or any changes in the weather conditions, the event can be deferred to the next available date.
In case of cancellation of event, the advance paid will not be refunded.
If the number of guests exceed the agreed range at the time of booking, additional 1,000 PKR per person will be charged OR the rate for the next range will be charged, whichever is less.
Cut off time for all events is 11 pm.
The client is advised to arrange backup generator in case of unexpected power shortage.
To add bonfire, additional 3000 PKR will be charged.
Payments
For events that are more than 3 months from booking date, 60% advance is required to confirm booking. For all other cases 100% advance is required.
Your slot will only be confirmed once the advance has been paid.
Our respected clients are obligated to pay the remaining payment at least one month prior to the event date.
