TERMS OF PAYMENT: The reservation of the hall will only be confirmed after paying the following: a. 100% of Hall Charges b. 25% of Hall Rental against Refundable security deposit c. 100% payment of expected guests upon the finalization of the menu and other additional services atleast 15 days prior to the function. 5. Timings a. Lunch: 1200 Hrs to 1500 Hrs b. Dinner: 1900 Hrs to 2200 Hrs 6. CANCELLATION CHARGES: (HALL RENTAL) a. 25% Deduction will be made on cancellation of confirmed reservation. b. 50% Deduction will be made between 60-75 Days of the function c. 75% Deduction will be made between 45-60 Days of the function d. 80% Deduction will be made between 30-45 Days of the function e. 100%Deduction will be made less than 30 Days of the function 7. UN-CONTROLLABLE CIRCUMSTANCES: Jacaranda Family Club will be excused from furnishing the service and food specified when the failure! On account of government regulations or uncontrollable circumstances or any forced measures. However, all possible arrangements will be made by Club Management with the consent of Host. 8.
